Act Quickly: The Sooner, the Better

  • Before Fulfillment Begins : We may be able to update your address in our system if the order hasn’t yet entered the packing process. Keep in mind that we ship quickly! Sometimes orders are shipped within 5-10 minutes of being placed.

  • After Fulfillment: Once your order is packed and handed off, we can no longer change it on our end—but you still have options!


How to Request an Address Update

  1. Gather Your Information

    • Order number (found in your confirmation email)

    • Original shipping address

    • New shipping address (full street address, city, state/province, ZIP/postal code, and country)

  2. Contact Our Customer Service Team Immediately

    • Live Chat: Click the chat bubble at the bottom right of any page on InnoSupps.com

    • Email: Send your request to [email protected] with the subject line “Address Update Request” and include all details above.


What to Expect Next

  • If Fulfillment Hasn’t Started:

    • We’ll update your address in our system and send you confirmation.

  • If Fulfillment Is Already in Progress:

    • We’re unable to reroute or intercept once packed, but you can set up mail forwarding or package intercept with your local postal carrier or courier.


How to Forward or Intercept Your Package

  • USPS: Sign up for Premium Forwarding Service or request a Package Intercept on USPS.com.

  • UPS or FedEx: Use their Delivery Manager tools to reroute or hold for pickup.

  • Other Carriers: Check the carrier’s website or customer service for forwarding or intercept options.


Tips to Prevent Address Errors

  • Review Before You Confirm: Always double-check your address on the checkout page before placing your order.

  • Save Your Default Address: If you have an Inno Supps account, keep your default address up to date so it autofills correctly.

  • Manually Verify Auto-Fill: If you use browser auto-fill, glance over each field to ensure accuracy.
