What to Do If You Receive an Incorrect Items,  Missing Items or a Damaged Package

Verify Your Order Details

  1. Check Your Order Confirmation Email

    • Open the email you received when you placed your order.

    • Confirm which products and quantities were ordered.

    • Check your email to ensure all items were shipped together and should have arrived in the same package. 

  2. Inspect All Packages if the Order Included Multiple Shipments

    • Be sure to open and review every package before reporting missing or incorrect items.


Take Photos for Documentation

Clear photos help us resolve issues faster:

  • Missing Items: Photograph the box contents, the box and the label.

  • Incorrect Items: Photograph the box contents, the box and the label.

  • Damaged Packaging (if relevant):Photograph the box contents, the box and the label. Capture any punctures, tears, or water damage to the box.
