At Inno Supps, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and handle orders.
🕒 Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), additional processing time may be required.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federally observed holidays.
Once your order has been shipped and handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines and routing are determined solely by the carrier.
⚠️ Inno Supps is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility.
📦 Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
We ship from the United States to all 50 states and eligible U.S. territories.
🌍 International Shipping
Standard Shipping: Up to 14 business days from the ship date.
Express Shipping: Up to 5 business days from the ship date.
Shipping timelines may vary depending on your country’s customs procedures.
❗ Customs & Duties:
International packages may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees.
Inno Supps is not responsible for covering customs, import duties, or local taxes.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to understand any applicable fees or restrictions.
🌐 Restricted Countries:
We currently do not ship to the following countries:
Afghanistan, Belarus, India, Iraq, Russia, Tanzania, Tristan da Cunha, Turkmenistan, Yemen
🔁 Returned, Refused, or Abandoned Packages
If a package is refused, abandoned, or returned to sender due to:
An invalid shipping address, or
Unpaid customs/import fees,
a refund will not be issued.
⚠️ Ingredient Restrictions (International Orders)
Each country has its own regulations on what ingredients are allowed for import. Ingredients such as Melatonin and Yohimbine may be restricted in certain regions.
We highly recommend checking with your country’s customs agency prior to placing an order.
If your package is seized or destroyed by customs, we cannot issue a refund unless:
All products are returned to our warehouse in original condition, in accordance with our return policy.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please check around your property, with neighbors, roommates, or a building management office to see if your package was received on your behalf.
If it's been 3 or more days since your tracking shows "delivered" and you still haven’t located your package, please contact us.
