Tracking Shows “Delivered” but You Haven’t Received ItUpdated 11 days ago

Please follow the steps below to help track down your order:


1. Check Your Property Thoroughly

  • Around Your Doorstep: Look by your front door, side door, garage, or back porch.

  • Mailroom or Package Locker: If you live in an apartment or gated community, check the mailroom or package lockers.

2. Ask Neighbors, Roommates, or Building Staff

  • Neighbors: Sometimes carriers will leave packages with a nearby neighbor if they think someone is home.

  • Roommates or Family Members: Double-check with anyone else in your household.

  • Building Management or Concierge: If you have a front desk or property manager, they may have accepted the package on your behalf.

3. Verify Delivery Details

  • Review Tracking Information: Confirm the delivery address and time stamp.

  • Look for Delivery Photos: Some carriers provide a “proof of delivery” photo showing where they left the package.

4. Wait 3 Business Days

Occasionally, carriers mark a package as delivered before it’s physically dropped off. If it’s been fewer than three days, please allow a short window for the carrier to complete delivery.
