We totally understand that plans change, and we're happy to help if you need to update your order! Whether you’re looking to add or remove an item, or change your shipping address, here’s what you need to know:


✏️ How to Modify Your Order:

You may request changes if your order has not yet been picked, packed, or shipped.

To request a change, please reach out to us as soon as possible via:

    Please include your order number and the details of the change you'd like to make to avoid delays in delivery.



💳 Requesting to Add Products to an Order

If you're requesting to add items to an existing order, we will send you a separate invoice once the items are added. Please note:

  • Your order will not be processed until the invoice is paid.

  • Be sure to check your email frequently in case we need additional information to complete your request.

For the fastest processing, please pay the invoice as soon as possible after it’s received.


🔁 What You Can Modify (If Order Is Not Yet Packed or Shipped):

  • Add or remove items from your order

  • Update or correct your shipping address

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but timing is key — we process orders quickly!


🚫 Changes Cannot Be Made If the Order Has Already Been Picked, Packed, or Shipped

Once your order enters the final stages of fulfillment or has shipped, we’re no longer able to make modifications. This includes:

  • Item changes (adding or removing)

  • Address changes or corrections

  • Cancellations

📦 In this case, we recommend waiting for your package to arrive, and then reaching out to initiate a return if needed (see our Return Policy).
